Suffering a property loss is a devastating event and creates a great deal of trauma and confusion during the initial stages of the recovery efforts.  Few people have been through a property loss situation before and the task of getting things back to normal can at times seem overwhelming.

We encourage your input in establishing priorities and expressing any concerns that you may have during the restoration process.  Our goal is to provide quality - cost effective restoration services that will prove to be of good value for the expense incurred.

Depending on the severity of the damaged and the value of the items, we make every effort to clean, deodorize and restore insured’s property to pre-loss condition, in a timely and cost effective manner. Our content technicians are dedicated and  sensitive to our customers needs. We strive to help our customers with the difficult decisions of repair/clean versus replacement. 


Contents Restoration

  • ü         POI (Pack-Out Inventory)

On-site computerized bar-coding system with digital photo inventory is completed before removing contents for cleaning and storing.  When completed, the customer is given a full printed photographic inventory for their records.

  • ü          Cleaning & Deodorization

Our contents specialists are trained to evaluate every item before removing for cleaning.

Our goal is to restore all items to pre-loss condition with formulated cleaners and proven techniques

 

ü          Ultra Sonic Cleaning

A variety of standard and delicate household contents can be easily cleaned using ultrasonics, especially hard surface items such as crystal, china, ceramics, jewelry, glass and porcelains, etc. Ultrasonics is ideally suited for safely cleaning electronic components, computers, electrical tools and appliances as well as light fixtures such as chandeliers. In addition to removing smoke residues and carbons, ultrasonics has proven to be extremely effective in restoring water damaged items. Contamination such as mold, heat scale and oxides are easily addressed using the ultrasonic process. Metal parts that have acquired rust as a result of water damage can usually be restored to their original condition.

ü          Laundry & Dry Cleaning

Laundered or Dry Cleaned by professional restoration Dry Cleaners. Priority clothing delivered back within 48 hrs. Inventory provided of non-cleanable items. All items returned professionally cleaned, pressed, hanging or folded.

ü           Moving & Storage

Moved with care, cleaned and stored in our secure climate controlled facility.

ü         Art & Photography

Precious photos and valuable art restored by art restoration specialists. 

ü          Furnishings

Wood furniture cleaned, deodorized and polished. Each piece is inspected for damaged and repaired when necessary.

ü          Electronics & Machinery

Electronics cleaned and deodorized, tested for performance. Returned to the customer in pre loss condition and odor free.
